Noise Complaints: August 9–30, 2026

Over a 22-day period, we submitted 15 separate noise complaints to Skagit County Code Enforcement, documenting the continuing repetitive cycling of the BESS HVAC and its interference with the use and enjoyment of our property. Complaints were submitted on 68% of the days during this period, with the HVAC repeatedly observed cycling approximately every 90 seconds.
